Construction Management

Everlite Energy Corp. works for clients around the world to ensure that projects are executed on-time and within budget. On small projects, one person may be responsible for construction management services; on larger projects field engineers and supervisors, surveyors and inspectors, will report to a construction manager.
Typical tasks include preparation of contracts and post-award administration of those contracts. Everlite Energy staff monitors all construction operations with particular attention paid to organization, planning, interface with contractors, safety, commissioning, and startup.
