Project Management

For years, Everlite Energy Corp. has provided project management services to a wide range of clients. Services are tailored to client needs; they range from direction of multiple projects to management of individual components within a project. Typical services include planning, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, cost management, construction management, manufacturing quality assurance and QC, with necessary reporting systems to keep clients informed. Financial and economic analyses, risk assessments and contract preparation are often also included.
